Can you build custom sized doors or cabinets?

Yes, we are a custom wood studio.  All of our products are built to suit your project needs. When it comes to custom, there are few limitations.

What type of wood should I use for my project?

Once we have an understanding of the project specifications, we will make wood suggestions based on those perimeters. Wood can be an aesthetic design choice while other times the species is essential to the application.

Can you make a custom molding?

Our studio is equipped with molders and shapers allowing us to fabricate any molding profile one needs.

Where do you get your wood?

For 20+ years, defined details has used the same wood broker. He hand picks wood to suit each project. 

What is design + build?

Ideas that need to be formed into workable designs are often presented to us. Once the concept is planned, we build. The design maker process is integrated into defined details. 

How do we get started?

Clients email rough dimensions, wish lists along with sample images of likes. We provide a rough estimate. If approved, the project design process will begin.
